Sorry I haven’t posted in a couple of weeks. I’ve had some personal issues that’s had my head kinda cloudy. I’d start to post, then would say ” forget it” and delete whatever I jotted down. It’s all good. At least I didn’t overcompensate with food, right?
For one thing, I don’t know when in life I transitioned from the Frosted Flakes and Cap’t Crunch, to Cheerios, Bran Flakes and Oatmeal, but I’ve been consuming them alot lately!! I’ve always had one or the other on hand, but for some reason I had all three sitting on top of my refrigerator and they were in complete rotation. From morning to night, let’s just say I didn’t lose those 5 pounds from exercising.
Well, the Dallas vs Minnesota game is on, so this is gonna be a short post. I ran out of Cheerios, so Oatmeal will have to do. I love it!!
Question? What’s your favorite “no guilt, good for you” food or meal that you can eat ’til your hearts content??
Go NY Jets!!!!

Hmmm. No guilt all you can eat? Cereal for sure. As a matter of fact, right now I hear the Capt’n calling me, calling me.
No guilt on crap cereal because I don’t buy it often. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, and I don’t buy again for months. So no guilt. ya know?

Probably steak. It is high calorie but I never seem to gain weight from eating it.
