		<description>The 1st step in moving on is to recognize that you ate something you shouldn&#039;t have. As long as you can do that you&#039;re on your way to weight loss. When you just eat and have no remorse then you know you&#039;ve truly fallen off track. Keep pushing, thinking positive and great things will happen.</description>

Yes you ate tons of sweets and it was hard to control yourself but I feel like because you did still exercise you recognized your mistakes right then and there and at least tried to counteract them by exercising. You could have just sat on your butt and felt bad.
